Two shipping options are available. You can have your order shipped to your home address — a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you subscribe. Or you can have your subscription shipped to your local Club Champion store for free pickup. All orders ship from our centralized warehouse in Willowbrook, IL via USPS or UPS Ground.
Yes. Your subscription will automatically continue based on the frequency you selected. We’ll send you a reminder before your next renewal with the upcoming charge details and an option to make changes. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard — cancellations take effect after your current billing cycle, so you’ll still receive any shipment already in progress.

No. You can cancel your golf ball subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you’ll continue to receive any remaining shipments through the end of your current billing cycle.
You can manage your subscription by logging into your account at ballfitting.ai. From your account dashboard, you can modify or cancel your subscription. You may also cancel by sending an email to info@clubchampion.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel before your scheduled billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current term — you’ll still receive any shipment already in process.
Each subscription is built around one golf ball. However, you can have more than one active subscription on your account. For example, you could set up one subscription for yourself and another as a gift for a family member — each with a different ball and delivery schedule.

Yes. We’ve partnered with Stitch, a trusted payment platform, to securely process your subscription. Your credit card data is tokenized through their CardPointe gateway and processed via Fiserv’s PCI-compliant infrastructure. Sensitive card data such as your CVV is removed immediately after processing and is never stored on our servers.
